Now nearing the end of his two month global Summer Tour, a tour that has included shows at Tomorrowland, Ultra Europe and Ushuaia, the Dutch superstar DJ Fedde Le Grand is rounding things off in style by releasing his long awaited remix of Faithless’ magnum opus – ‘Insomnia’. Out on Sony Music and available to stream now!

An undertaking of epic proportions and a risk for even the most accomplished producer, Fedde rises to the challenge and successfully executes a remix that reminds us why he’s been allowed to do this for the likes of Coldplay, Madonna, Mariah Carey and king of all things pop Michael Jackson. Building gradually with an array of Fedde’s signature sounds the track eventually drops away to reveal Rollo’s now instantly recognisable vocals. With just a kick, fidgety bass and vocals the tracks builds once more before the chord sequence that came to define a generation of dance music explodes out the mix. With a nod to the original, Fedde maintains the same synth while also managing to give a new and different spin to the track.

In a collaboration that few could have predicted, German producer and DJ extraordinaire MOGUAI has called upon the sun-drenched sounds of Watermät to create one of the biggest tracks of this year ‘Portland’.

Having firmly established himself as one of the most sought-after collaborators following his Beatport #1 track ‘Mammoth’ with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, MOGUAI is at it once again, this time teaming up with Watermät, whose smash hit ‘Bullit’ became last year’s track of the summer. Both taking a step away from business as usual,MOGUAI and Watermät depart from their signature sounds, creating a dark and brooding anthem of epic proportions. With a driving synth hook that darts between octaves, thundering chords progressions and a pumping beat, this track has all the hallmarks of an end of summer blowout banger.

Sister DJ/producer duo NERVO have been at the forefront of the global electronic music scene since their club smash ‘This Kind of Love’ landed at #1 on the world club charts in 2010. Further success followed both in the charts and via numerous media accolades, with the duo reaching #1 on the Billboard, Hype Machine, and Beatport charts and becoming the highest ranking female DJs of all time in the influential DJ Mag Top 100 poll. Performing at over 200 shows a year across the globe including some of the world’s most exciting residencies in Vegas and Ibiza, they are equally at home in front of the camera as they are behind the decks. Appearing regularly on covers of magazines and in fashion photo shoots, their unique appeal has lead to a fan base totaling millions across the globe.

Mim and Liv Nervo are Australian born sisters who started their musical journey at the tender age of 7. Spending many years in music school, attending shows, and cultivating a growing appreciation for house music, the girls eventually decided to make the bold move to the UK at the age of 19 to pursue a career in music.

Upon arrival in London, the girls worked 24/7 going from waiting tables and bar tending, whilst simultaneously writing songs in their home studio. Mim and Liv were constantly submitting tracks to labels and publishers hoping for their big break!

“We have a saying that goes, the harder you work, the luckier you get. We think it is a lot of hard work. You just keep working.” - NERVO

That hard work obviously paid off as their writing skills have seen them pen hits for the likes of Ke$ha, Kylie Minogue and Kelly Rowland, with the latter (the Grammy-award winning ‘When Love Takes Over’) being co-written alongside David Guetta - a record that was also voted Billboard’s #1 dance-pop collaboration of all time.

“We met David on Skype and what he didn’t know is that we had already seen him in Ibiza. It was the beginning of a lovely friendship. We remember the very first studio session, where he had this massive studio in Los Angeles, which was a really big thing for us, because we were broke writers. To even be in a studio like that inspired us to work really hard and deliver great work.” - NERVO

In addition to their production skills, Mim and Liv are also extremely talented DJs who regularly headline shows and festivals worldwide, including recent appearances at Ultra Music Festival, TomorrowLand and Ushuaia, Ibiza as well as their residency at Omnia in Las Vegas. With an increasingly hectic schedule, it is hard to imagine how NERVO find time to fulfil their roles as brand ambassadors for Tag Heuer, Ballantine’s Scotch Whisky, and clothing company Franklin & Marshall.

Spending time on the road means the new album ‘Collateral’ was created in a variety of locations and with an impressive, diverse list of collaborators including Nicky Romero, Kreayshawn and Nile Rodgers. Showcasing a refined musical outlook, the album is a deeply personal, sonic journey through all the girls have encountered during their careers to date. Detailing strong themes of heartbreak (‘You’re GonnaLove Again’), girl power (‘Hey Ricky’) and falling in love (‘It Feels) and freeing themselves from the confines of purely club-based music, this debut LP that also showcases the songwriting talent Mim and Liv have continued to hone since their teenage years.

“There is a mix of tracks on the album and all are intended for different purposes. That's the beauty of working on an album! We didn't need to just write tracks for the dance floor; however, all tracks whether they be in their original form or through a remix, will be played in our sets.” - NERVO

The four lead singles to be taken from the album so far, ‘Rise Early Morning’, ‘It Feels’, ‘Haute Mess’ and ‘Hey Ricky’, are all dynamic in their own way, with each accompanied by abstract, off-the-wall videos. ‘Haute Mess’ created by video directorJaakko has produced a colourful, animated dance off, while girl power anthem ‘Hey Ricky’ sees NERVO, Dev, Alisa and Kreayshawn fuse their individual styles on a unique and engaging record.

"This is probably the most fun track on the album. Each of the girls brought their individual flavour with their bad arse vocals. It was an absolute dream working with all of them! Kreayshawn is not only featured but she also directed the music video - which we just love, it was fun to be able to be info-commercial hosts for a day." - NERVO

The album also features some of the tracks that helped to catapult NERVO into superstardom, including their #1 hits ‘Reason’ and ‘Hold On’ to sit alongside a raft of new material including standout track ‘The Other Boys’, featuring Chic’s Nile Rodgers and vocals from Jake Shears & Kylie Minogue.

“After Jake recorded the vocals he was hanging out with Kylie and played her the record, next thing we knew Kylie asked to feature on it. Of course we were thrilled to bits. The final addition to the track is the legend himself Nile Rodgers. Nile laid down his infamous guitar riffs and now the puzzle feels complete.” - NERVO

At 15 tracks long, ‘Collateral' undoubtedly represents NERVO’s most exciting body of work to date and is a testament to the globally-acclaimed artists they’ve grown to become.

John Digweed’s Bedrock label gives meaning to the word consistency with always releasing exceptional, forward-thinking electronic music from the worlds finest. One name missing, until now, has been Düsseldorf’s world-renowned DJ/Producer, Marc Romboy, whose deep, engaging house and techno sounds mark him out as a true maverick.

Making a cracking label debut, “Counting Comets – Part 1” is an electronic opus that channels the spirit of early original electronic innovators (such as Kraftwerk) and creates a truly futuristic vision: hypnotic, cinematic, a fantastical journey towards utter dancefloor delirium and beyond. The spiritual beauty and flowing energy of “Osiris” is no less wondrous, its subtle melancholic euphoria and deeply delicious groove will make it a standout selection anywhere.

“I love to DJ all over the globe, because I like the way that everybody understands and lives the same language, the universal language of techno or house music.” – Marc Romboy

Also, listen out for a stunning downtempo version, titled “Counting Comets Part 2”, coming in July on Bedrock’s “Underground Sound Of Ibiza 2” 3xCD compilation album.

Including exciting collabs with singer/songwriters Christina Novelli, JES, Ana Criado, Molly Bancroft, Katty Heath and many more, it marks the next step in Sheperd's ever-thriving career.

Dennis Sheperd, known for his open-minded and melodic mix of progressive, trance and electro, set himself a high goal - to crowdfund an entire artist album on PledgeMusic. After months of promoting it, 'Fight Your Fears' made the target just in time. A big risk, but proven worth it, Dennis says: "At one point I was almost giving up and thought I wouldn't reach the goal to crowdfund the release of this album. But my fans have made it possible and for that I will always be thankful!"

The album includes 10 brand new originals and collabs, along with chart-busters such as 'Bring You Home' ft. Chloe Langley, 'We Are' ft. Sylvia Tosun, 'Two Worlds' with Talla 2XLC and 'Edge of The World'. The highly anticipated remix that Sheperd made of 'The Masques – Heart of Courage', premiered on the A State of Trance 600 show in Sofia, also features on 'Fight Your Fears'. The album title is a clear and powerful message of Dennis to his fans. "It tells them to widen their horizons, step out of their comfort zones and give new things and experiences a try."

'Fight Your Fears' is the long-awaited follow-up to Sheperd's 2011 album 'A Tribute To Life', and in many ways shows the growth he's been through as a fully-fledged artist. In the meantime, the Berlin-based musician has set up his own record label, performed his sets in over 20 countries and launched his own radio show. On April 17th, he adds the release of his second artist album to that list. And for that, he's more than grateful. Dennis:" The production of this album has been an amazing journey. I was able to work with astounding talented people, some with whom I have also worked on the first album, and not only that: This album is also about new friendships all around the world! Music connects, not only the fans but also those who create it!"

When is a mix-comp not simply a mix-comp? When is an artist album far from just a.n.other artist album? When is a remix-retrospective not a… well, you get the point!

Bobina, that Kasparov of the keyboards, that regular Stravinsky of the studio, Tchaikovsky of the turntables and Rachmaninoff of the radiowaves is a man on a mission this month. With summer 2015 all-but ready to have its starting gun fired, he’s set to bring us something comparably ‘#Uplifting’!

To deliver on its titular promise Bobina has tossed out the long-player rulebook, ripped up the remix album rubric and turned mix-compilation convention on its head. Featuring new, original music from the man himself, ‘#Uplifting’ also sports daisy-fresh and classic remixes of his greatest hits & latest smashes. Equal to that task, he’s drafted in big-name establishment like Aly & Fila and Sean Tyas, as well as plenty from trance’s Class of 2015 (Jorn van Deynhoven, ReOrder, Photographer, Solis & Sean Truby to mention but a few).

Oh, and forewarned = forearmed: there’s also a kitten. A flying one

Pre-order Bobina - #Uplifting

Said ‘Flying Kitten’ arrives promptly in Bobina’s mix in the form of his upcoming single, which starts ‘#Uplifting’s sky-bound trip. Hot on its heels, Aly & Fila go full-surge on the remix, putting their inimitable twist on ‘Invisible Touch’. Fast emerging UK trance duos are in no short supply either. Allen & Envy rephrase last year’s ‘Refuge’, while the once tech-moody ‘Basque The Dog’ becomes something far more main-stage, courtesy of Solis & Sean Truby. Further in, Bobina’s fellow countrymen Abstract Vision pop the hood on ‘Quattro 372’ and swap out its progressive house engine for a far trancier V8.

Every bit as ‘#Uplifting’ as its instrumentals are the mix-album’s vocal-based cuts… Taking Christian Burns’ spirit-filled voice to even greater levels, Photographer performs the remix equivalent of a full-court press on the Christian Burns vocalled ‘Still In Love’. Evermore elevating grades are likewise brought by Jorn van Deynhoven and Ahmed Romel to the Betsie Larkin-sung ‘You Belong To Me’ and Shahin Badar-voxed ‘Delusional’. Bobina’s own Megadrive variation of the Susana-sung ‘Play With Fire’ and Sean Tyas’ breath-stealer of a revisit to 2007’s ‘Lighthouse’ apply yet more speaker-kick.

Just to ensure that those final degrees of elevation are delivered on, Bobina works in RAM’s fresh take on’ Out Of Coverage’, the Beatport chart-topping ‘Winter’ remix from Simon O’Shine and ReOrder’s floor-hardy re-creation of ‘Nos Encontramos’.

Get ready then to get both hands (or all four paws, depending) raised and locked in the upright position - ‘#Uplifting’ in nature, name & intent, it’s a-coming your way this April!

“We had such a fantastic reaction to Tritonia 002 from everyone we met on the dance floor and from people posting to us on our socials, we just wanted to give something back to say that we really appreciate the way that everyone makes us feel,” said Chad Cisneros, one half of the Stateside pair. “‘Lost’ is such a fun record, it was great to get our heads together with Jordin (Juventa) in the studio!! He’s one of our favourite artists at Enhanced and has such a promising future. The single has such a positive message in the lyrics; it’s that rush of incredible, connective energy we feel when we come together with everyone in the clubs and at the festivals. We know where we’re going and we know that we’re doing it together.”

The track, which features Micky Blue on top line, is a delicious, warm and uplifting slice of vocal progressive-trance that captures Tritonal at their very essence and perfectly wraps up the latest chapter of their production career to date – an era that included three Billboard Top Dance Top 10s, rising international awareness and a shift towards to a new sound that fans have fully embraced. With a new studio album in its final stages, 2015 is on course to be a big year for Chad and Dave, one that will surely only further cement their growing reputation as one of the world’s most exciting electronic teams in and out of the DJ booth.
