<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">A Pete Tong endorsed anthem and immediate festival favourite, Above & Beyond's "Blue Sky Action" (feat. Alex Vargas) has been turning heads globally throughout the summer of 2014. Emotive and atmospheric in typically epic proportions, "Blue Sky Action" now sees a re-imagining by long-time friend of the Anjuna family Maurizio Colella, aka EDX, out on <span class="aBn" data-term="goog_1086033346" style="border-bottom-color: rgb(204, 204, 204); border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-width: 1px; position: relative; top: -2px; z-index: 0;" tabindex="0"><span class="aQJ" style="position: relative; top: 2px; z-index: -1;">28th September</span></span>. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Equally adept at creating peak-time anthems or contemporary progressive deep house, Maurizio has long been admired by Above & Beyond for his dexterity of sound and memorable melodies. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Taking a deeper approach reminiscent of recent hits "Breathin", "Cool You Off", "Air For Life" and "Reckless Ardor", EDX's "Blue Sky Action" remix is an unflinching dance floor mover. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">A resolute bassline and tight groove give way to a melancholic chord heavy breakdown, with Alex Vargas emotive vocal carrying throughout the track - before falling back to the ear-grabbing bass heavy riff.</span></div>

<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Following the original release of ‘Lightning’ earlier this year, house stalwart EDX lends his skilled hands to remixing duty for his version, out on Big Beat on the 21st of July via Beatport.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">EDX brings his signature uplifting touch to the mixing desk, bolstering the track with classic piano chords and lush strings that connect with John Rzeznik’s vocals to take the track to new heights. The effect can only be described as an out-and-out anthem - something EDX seems to have the formula for in his DNA.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">It’s fair to say Italian born producer/DJ has had a pretty good year so far. Starting off with “Reckless Ardor” and “Cool You Off” both hovering within the top 10 of the Beatport Deep House Chart for weeks after release - the latter currently sitting at no. 10 - in fine company with “Breathin’” at no.6, his most recent release to join the party. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Aside from headlining the world’s finest clubs and festivals to crowds in excess of 60,000, EDX has remixed the likes of Deadmau5, Mary J Blige, Bob Sinclar, Armand van Helden, Steve Angello, Roger Sanchez, Kool & The Gang and Lauryn Hill to name a few.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">All things considered, this rework of “Lightning” looks set to strike gold on the 21st.</span></div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">'Weapon' is the soft track with the big bass line from Cazette, the swedish duo consisting of Sebastian Furrer & Alexander Björklund. The opening track of their debut album 'EJECT', 'Weapon' combines slick guitar work with an electro-driven beat, and now the highly anticipated Acapulco At Night remix from EDX is out now through PRMD. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">After Cazzette worked wonders on 'Everything' back in 2012, EDX returns the favour with his charmingly melodic remix of 'Weapon'. First teasing fans with a snippet last year, EDX's take on 'Weapon' is a smooth one, delivering a charming Progressive House rendition that alleviates the original's dub elements in a stylish, summertime manner. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Using warm chords and percussions overlaid with the resounding female vocal of 'I'll do anything', Switzerland’s Maurizio Colella proves he is the king of uplifting Progressive House. With this remix “bringing back the classic EDX plug sound,” he perfectly demonstrates his impeccable taste for subtle harmonies and will certainly give you goosebumps. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Having received support from Grammy-nominated DJ Avicii in his 2013 Le7els podcast, the remix directly reflects EDX's meteoric rise in stature. It’s been made clear that EDX has a bright future ahead of him, and with 2014 already featuring impressive releases such as 'Breathin' and more recently 'Make Me Feel Good', this summer will see EDX continue to reach and impress the most demanding audiences around the world. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Cazzette burst into the mainstream scene with their smash single ‘Beam Me Up,’ which appeared on their debut album, EJECT. The album was first released exclusively on Spotify in 2012, making Cazzette the first group ever to launch a project through the streaming service. Since the release, EJECT has garnered 23 million Spotify streams and Cazzette has topped three Billboard charts—Dance Club Songs, Global Dance Songs and On-Demand Songs.</span></div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">EDX has undoubtedly had a great start to 2014. With 'Reckless Ardor' and 'Cool You Off' both hovering around the top 10 of the Beatport Deep House Chart for weeks after release, the latter is still riding high at number 3. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Next up, and looking set to rival his previous successes is 'Air For Life', set for release on May 25th 2014 through PinkStar Records. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Constantly flirting between progressive and deep house, EDX manages to create another stunning track with 'Air For Life'. Beautifully uplifting and energetic melodies combined with gentle drum beats that are both infections and cool. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Over the past few years, EDX aka Maurizio Colella has made a name for himself in the international dance music scene, headlining the world's finest clubs and festivals to crowds in excess of 60,000 -- from Miami to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, all the way to Sydney. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Starting 2014 at the top of the Beatport charts with his deep house single, 'Reckless Ardor', followed by 'Cool You Off' and his highly anticipated 'Miami Sunset' remix of Avicii's 'Wake Me Up', EDX remains as a prominent, influential force in dance music releasing some of the most in demand tracks of the moment.</span></div>

Saving Ourselves with Justin Luke !

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Creativity has always been secondhand for British producer Justin Luke, but it wasn’t until a few years ago when he realised music was the best way to express himself. Since then, he has been working tirelessly in the studio, audaciously conquering different forms of music and ignoring the boundaries so many in the industry have created.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Typically favoring a darker side of the sonic spectrum, Justin’s sound is big, energetic and cinematic, taking listener’s on a musical journey. With support from the likes of Thomas Gold, Marcus Schossow, EDX, Jaz Von D, Tim Mason, Tom Swoon, Roger Sanchez and Erick Morillo as well as having played at the notable Ministry of Sound and Pacha (London), Justin Luke is on an uprise with no limit in sight.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">A man passionate about his music, the only approach one can take in Justin Luke’s productions is to expect the unexpected.</span></div>

<b><span style="color: #f1c232; font-family: inherit;">2.<span style="line-height: 14px;">If you had to pick one places to describe your music what would it be and why?</span></span></b></div>
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 36px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="line-height: 14px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></div>

<span style="color: #f1c232; font-family: inherit;"><b>3.<span style="line-height: 14px;">What has been the biggest challenge that you have faced in the industry and how did you overcome it to get to where you are today? </div>
<div style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 36px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="line-height: 14px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 36px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="line-height: 14px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">I think the biggest challenge for me, believe it or not; is actually declaring something finished! I'm a perfectionist and can end up spending way too long trying to improve details that only I notice. It's important to turn negatives into positives though and I always push through. The lesson I've learnt is to not give up on what you believe in - in fact that goes for everything in life.</span></span></div>

<b><span style="color: #f1c232; font-family: inherit;">4.<span style="line-height: 14px;">What made you want to start producing tracks and do you remember the first time you sat down in studio, what was it like?</span></span></b></div>

<div style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 36px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="line-height: 14px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">A good friend of mine introduced me to production back in school, the rest is history! I remember falling in love with the idea of designing your own sounds.</span></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.8; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 36px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: justify;">

<span style="line-height: 14px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">It would take a long time to list them all but right now I'm listening to a lot of SOHN, his stuff is incredible. Steve Angello is a big influence - his productions are immense. Also really into Hans Zimmer, if he's done the soundtrack to a movie I'm pretty much guaranteed to love it.</span></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 36px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: justify;">

<span style="line-height: 14px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Thank you! I was going for something eerie and tense and wanted to keep it quite simple musically. I believe around 4 weeks. Inspiration comes from every day life - it could be a situation, feeling, place, time, movie, character, literally anything.</span></span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">After a busy start to 2014 with 'Reckless Ardor' still riding high in the top 10 of the Beatport Deep House Chart and a massive remix of <b>Calippo's</b> 'Back There', <b>EDX</b> is back with his follow up 'Cool You Off' released through Enormous Tunes on 10th April 2014. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Exploring different genres within the electronic music landscape for 'Cool You Off', <b>EDX</b> creates an uplifting melody and funky drum beat with soft vocal samples, that's as infectious as it is cool. Skirting the line between deep house and progressive house, 'Cool You Off' looks set to rival the success of<b> '</b>Reckless<b> </b>Ardor<b>'</b>. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Over the past few years, <b>EDX</b> aka Maurizio Colella has made a name for himself in the international dance music scene, headlining the world’s finest clubs and festivals to crowds in excess of 60,000 – from Miami to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York,  all the way to Sydney. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Starting 2014 at the top of the Beatport charts with his deep house single, 'Reckless Ardor', and his highly anticipated 'Miami Sunset' remix of Avicii’s 'Wake Me Up', <b>EDX</b> remains as a prominent, influential force in dance music releasing some of the most in demand tracks of the moment.</span></div>
