The band describes the song as an explosion of their continual exploration of music to create a sound that captures the high energy, fun, soul and the new added layer of depth to the music they love to create. It amplifies their new massive yet refined sound, with the rebound catchy DECEMBER STREETS melodies always present. </span></div>

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">For Part 1 of the music video, the band asked Run Jump Fly Creations to come up with a concept for the video. The band then created an open music video shoot, where under the supervision and direction of Run Jump Fly, they opened the creative process to the public to get involved in shaping the direction of the music video. The only boundary was that it had to be shot on two escalators. The original concept evolved in this way, where so many people arrived on the evening of the shoot, dressed up in outfits and ready to show off their ideas and dance moves. </span></div>

It was so powerful that the band decided it needed a video of its own, which is how STAY BY ME PART 2 came to life. </span></div>

In both videos Run Jump Fly Creations created a video for the band that would capture the high energy and fun vibe of the song, whilst containing a deeper, darker side to it. </span></div>

This relates to the lonely feeling after a break-up. Towards the end he starts to get involved and partake in the scenes, ending on a happy high note. </span></div>

The two dancers spot each other on the escalators, then continually dance towards each other to stay close to each other, mesmerised by each other. This captures the high energy felt in the beginning of a love story. As the video progresses, they get tired and realise they can not stay together, as hard as they try because the escalators are continually pulling them apart.  </span></div>

I (Tristan) am a designer running my own design agency called Run Jump Fly Creations, and also have a deep passion for travel and the smell of dust. Waldo is an engineer, also running his own company who has the inhuman ability of being in more than one place at a time. Corneil is a digital design producer, and is also the most loveable guy you will ever meet.  Nico is an Architect with a passion for anything higher grade & ridiculous twitter jokes. Gideon is a Doctor (or on his way to becoming one) and likes sand.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">My musical passion stems from an unhealthy dose of growing up next to a parrot that repeatedly sang the classic ‘Jan Pieterwiet’ song. So im told at least. On top of that, my passion grew exponentially when I was introduced to my fathers 60’s records. Also subjected to an unhealthy amount of repetition.  My fondest memory was when I was able to buy my first sad excuse for a guitar (which I deeply cherished). I remember sitting on my bed, aimlessly strumming the out of tune stings for hours, marveling at the fact that it was possible to create music myself.</span></div>

We have learned a great many things, some good and others bad, but ultimately we are where we are because we learned from our mistakes, and took guidance where it was given. We have evolved into a more mature, powerful sound.</span></div>

The sound is a product of years of experimenting with sounds that we have combined into our catchy songwriting.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">Although vastly different, both concepts in fact follow a similar narrative. In both videos Run Jump Fly Creations created a video for us that would capture the high energy & fun vibe of the song, but also with a deeper, darker side to it. The first video starts with the darker side where Tristan aimlessly wanders down the escalators, lost & lifeless, running into various obstacles along the way but not initially partaking at all. This relates to the lonely feeling after a break up. Towards the end he starts to get involved and partake in the scenes, ending on a happy high note. The second video starts off the other way around, playing on the typical love at first sight scenario. The two dancers spot each other in the escalators, then continually dance towards each other to stay close to each other, mesmerized by each other. This captures the high energy felt in the beginning of a love story. As the video progresses, they get tired & realize they cannot stay together, as hard as they try because the escalators are continually pulling them apart.  So it starts on a high, happy not, with a deeper ending. Playing on the fact sometimes as hard as we try to stay together, life can keep pulling us apart if we let it. Run Jump Fly perfectly captured the meaning of the song in both videos.</span></div>

Today we woke up to a social media influx of  distress. Now if you haven't read or heard the news yest or if you haven't  looked at your  social feeds recently we will break the news to you. Kris Trindl, better known as Rain Man from the tri Krewella, is suing the Yousaf sisters Jahan and Yasmine $5 million for pushing him out of the group. Yasmine and Jahan posted on the following note on the Krewella tumblr.</div>

However, no formal press release has been issued from the girls end. Kris claims he was pushed out of the group for being sober. "From March of 2012 until March of 2013, it was non-stop music, good times and partying for the members of Krewella, and the money started rolling in," says the lawsuit. "Kris and the Yousaf sisters were public about their drinking and partying, posting on the Internet video dispatches from the road that only served to stoke their popularity with an ever-growing worldwide fan base."</div>

two, my daughter Gina is 13 and my son Luca is 12, born in Cape Town, left
there at 21 to pursue a life in Joburg, I love cats and animals in general, my
mother was born in Egypt and I have always been involved in music really...I
had my first band at 12 with Lance from flypaper Jet and Paul from Lark, we
were called Dry Water :)</span></span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #f1c232; font-family: Lato;"><br /></span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #f1c232; font-family: Lato;">How easy was it for you to break into a
male-dominated field. Did you feel you had to work much harder to gain any form
of recognition because of being a female?</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Lato;">To be honest, I don't think I have broken into it, I don't really get booked much as I don't really push myself as a DJ, it kind of happened by chance. It was never really my first love. It was a secondary option after performing live with a band. But it's definitely less labour intensive and way easier, you don't have to rely on 4 other band members, book rehearsal space, rehearse, etc. It seemed like a natural progression as I was working with most of the artists I was playing and its super fun. I don't see it being male-dominated as much as it is ego dominated.</span></div>

don't just merely lend my vocals, when writing lyrics I am often involved in
more than just the vocal process, sometimes structurally and musically, to
choosing the title. But for me, I do tend to try to do more than just sing on a
track. I try to speak to whoever is listening and edify that person in whatever
way I can. I find it hard to sing about menial stuff. I wish I could...it might

Travel all over the world, I
wish...my music has, but not I! I have performed with </span><b style="font-family: Lato;">Feed Me </b><span style="font-family: Lato;">and </span><b style="font-family: Lato;">Skrillex </b><span style="font-family: Lato;">at
Bestival in the UK, Holland, where I went to record with </span><b style="font-family: Lato;">Noisia </b><span style="font-family: Lato;">and Paris and I
have been to Norway. That's about it. But from what I have seen, which is not
much as I have been knee-deep in my kids, I think we have a healthy scene and
its growing. People might have some blinkers to take off, but the only way
that's gonna happen is through the promoters and possibly mainstream radio.
They only know what they are being fed. So you can't blame them. But thank God
for the internet. It sure as hell helped me!</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family: Lato;"><br /></span></b></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #f1c232; font-family: Lato;">You have worked with many international big
names Nosia, Feed Me, etc. Did you find it easier to break out internationally
especially in a period where electronic music is becoming very much a global
phenomenon? Are our local talents seizing the opportunity?</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Lato;">Well, I'm not sure, the thing is the
relationships with Spor/Feed Me was made well over 7 years ago as was the one
with Noisia. And when my album was released it seems the local market wasn't
quite ready for it at the time when we could have perhaps pioneered a sound
straight out of SA with topnotch European producers. I think we have always
been concerned about following suit. Or the majors have at least. We have all
we need here, we sure as hell have the talent, we just don't have the platform
half the time. It's frustrating. All these bass genres that are now huge, were
about to explode a couple years back and I know guys here that have been doing

have been admitted to Tara hospital twice for 6 months at a time for Bipolar 1.
I lost everything, my house, kids moved in with their dad, my boyfriend, my
studio in Juta street, my career. Totally off the map for two years trying to
build myself up again. Had two severe manic episodes and people saw me in some
really serious states, I had to apologize to people and explain what happened.
Ask forgiveness and forgive myself. Pick myself up and carry on. Knowing that I
can only move forward and write powerful music from this!</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #f1c232; font-family: Lato;"><br /></span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #f1c232; font-family: Lato;">How important is women empowerment not only in music but also in every career?</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Lato;">Hugely, I don't think there is much of it,
but I'm not much of a socialite and people can take that the wrong way.
Empowerment in general and respect is vital. Knowing that everyone has their
own shit they are dealing with, but that music is a beautiful language that
bridges all gaps and is the glue that holds us together it is what keeps me
going!</span></div>

Why you might ask, simply because at the end  of the day the DJ doesn't decide where they play it's up to local  promoters to book them. So instead of tweeting them, tag your local  promoters in your tweet to the DJ stating why they need to bring them  down. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: small;">In other words: SPAM YOUR LOCAL PROMOTERS.</span></p>
