“When I'm making a new track, I always ask
myself two questions: 'Would I play this?' and 'Would I like to hear this when
I'm out at a club or event?' If the answer is no, then I start over.
'Conjuro', I hope, ticks off both of these boxes. It was simple and fun to
produce, and it's got that energy and funk people know me for. I love Tech
House – it's versatile, yet unique, simple, yet unruly. I think, in the future,
it will be heavily influenced by old-school vibes, taking elements from other
genres, but keeping that irresistible groove. That’s the beauty of it – it's a
sound that will always evolve, push on and stay relevant to clubbers and DJs
all over the world.”
