Steven Lee feat Carol C Love Crazy Love Fox Stevenson Remix

Over the past few months there has been undeniable buzz surrounding established DJ and producer Steven Lee (aka Lee Cabrera). Between the regular studio sessions with some of the most formidable collaborators in dance music to the little snippets of new material that have leaked on line, the Oregon native has been causing quite a stir. Having taken time out from a non-stop touring schedule to focus exclusively on creating new music, it appears everything is falling into place this summer for the New York based talent. A product of the legendary Strictly Rhythm stable, Steven Lee looks set to once more make his mark on the global dance scene with a selection of standout releases.

Along the way the enigmatic producer has managed to pull off a number of masterstrokes bringing together some of the biggest heavyweights in production to feature on his new music including the legendary Scott Storch, the man behind countless hits and co collaborator with the likes of 50 Cent and Dr Dre. Storch himself has been a beacon on the dance radar with rumours of a number of high profile EDM collaborations in the offing alongside both Steve Aoki and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. Lee has also managed to enlist the skills of 5 time Grammy winning producer Jimmy Douglass, someone who needed very little convincing when asked to be a part of one of the most exciting projects on the dance music horizon this year. Throw in Ill Factor (the man behind the "Let It Rock" hit with Kevin Rudolf & Lil Wayne as well as Skylar Grey, Justin Timberlake and more) as well as the legendary Vincent di Pasquale (Missy Elliot, Nelly Furtado, Madonna) and you can see why there is such an undeniable excitement about the forthcoming new music from Lee.

Of course a Steven Lee album wouldn’t be complete without a plethora of vocal talent and from the lineup you can be sure there will be plenty of anthems in store.
Bo Bruce a Finalist on UK"s The Voice will be making an appearance, as will Red One's protege Zander Bleck. Alongside them will be David Guetta, Axwell & Armand Van Helden vocalist & featured artist Tara McDonald the legendary Sam Obernik, rising star Lucy Stone and Eric Lumiere of Filo & Peri fame.

As a kickstart to the project Steven will also be releasing one of his most recent tracks as a preview. Love Crazy Love is the perfect teaser for this project, showcasing the diversity of Lee as a producer. A rework of the classic Layo & Bushwaka track Love Story with a new vocal twist, the track effortlessly combines hi tempo percussion and a bouncy energetic drop to create a track that will appeal to both club djs and ravers alike. Add in a well-placed sax topline and you have the recipe for an undoubted summer smash.

Alongside the powerful original track, Steven has also enlisted the remix talents of two prominent names in today's electronic scene. First up is UK based producer Fox Stevenson who's reputation has been flourishing recently thanks to his fearless performances on stage and his stellar studio work. He writes, sings, and mixes his own material in a live-act performance that incorporates multiple genres, creates a fun, upbeat and explosive sound, and pushes the limits of electronic music. His remix bares all those qualities, it's a high energy treat for those looking for something on the dubstep and drum & bass side of affairs. The remix package also includes renowned NY pair Liquid Agents who contribute their considerable experience to the fray. Championed by everyone from Louis Vega to Tiga, the duo composed of DR J & DJ Cync bring a techier, more house orientated mix to the table with much success.
