Ascending from obscurity to become one of the most sought after new names in the dance music scene, Kryder is set to touch down in Amsterdam for ADE during his tour of the US and Europe. Welcoming a selection of his friends to the event titled ‘Red Light’, it will be held on Saturday 18th October at Jimmy Woo and you can get tickets here: http://bit.ly/1tWvgkp

Kryder says, “Red Light is an idea I had about injecting some sex into dance music, erotic underground club music, art & adultery. At the moment all I see is LED visuals, CO2 jets & firework displays, I'm bored of that - Red Light is about stripping it back - focusing on the music and taking it back down to the underground club vibe. It’s all about energetic grooves, low ceilings, dark rooms & ladies of negotiable affection. Amsterdam was the first choice for a launch party.
ADE has become a staple in any dance music lovers calendar, with Jimmy Woo one of the primary venues in the city. This year Kryder will be joined by a stellar line up including Sebjak, Tom Staar, Norman Doray, Arno Cost and Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman.
Not one to be confined to a particular genre, you can expect a variety of musical styles throughout the night, ranging from tech house, progressive through to rolling techno, reflecting both Kryder’s personal tastes and what he wants to achieve musically - infusing different genres to create something new and innovative.
He said “Not only am I playing a lot more techy stuff in my DJ sets now but it's also crossing over into some of my productions as you will hear in my upcoming remixes & collaborations. I'm inspired by rolling rhythms, chunky grooves and thumping drums, vocal hooks instead of full on songs and simple hypnotic melodies.
Kryder is undoubtedly one of the most sought after new producers of the moment, his meteoric rise to fame coming from stand out releases such as ‘Aphrodite’, a crowning moment in his young career. Since then his releases have been signed to some of the most prestigious labels and he has remixed some of the world’s biggest artists.
