EELKE KLEIJN PREVIEWS 'LOVELY SWEET DIVINE' - OUT FEBRUARY 24 [ESKIMO]

ELKE KLEIJN PREVIEWS NEW TRACK - ‘LOVELY SWEET DIVINE’

‘LOVELY SWEET DIVINE / A TALE OF TWO LOVERS’ EP
OUT FEBRUARY 24 [ESKIMO RECORDINGS]

Dutch producer, DJ and all-round artiste extraordinaire, Eelke Kleijn, unveils the latest in the line of mouthwatering grooves that are set to take the leap from his studio in Rotterdam onto the worldwide stage. ‘Lovely Sweet Divine’ forms part of his next EP ‘Lovely Sweet Divine / A Tale Of Two Lovers’ - out on Monday 24th February through Belgian imprint Eskimo Recordings - and we’ve got a preview to listen to right here.

Having teased the flipside ‘A Tale Of Two Lovers’ just under a month ago, the countdown for this release is now certainly in motion as music lovers look to get their hands on these sonic delights. Offering up some space disco on ‘Lovely Sweet Divine’, Eelke lays down a juddering bass line that sets the foundation for the rest of the track. Strings, tweaked vocal loops and techy touches are all brought in to create a drawn out crescendo; breaking with power and finesse before smoothly winding down to the finish. Early support comes from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Jacques Renault, Kidnap Kid, Nick Warren, Damian Lazarus and more.

As Eelke’s firm bond with Eskimo continues to strengthen, with this EP coming soon after the release of a mammoth remix for UK duo and label mates Blamma! Blamma!, outside of Europe other works from this mix maestro have been setting ears to attention. ‘Stand Up’ Feat. Tres:Or has made its way to the southern hemisphere for the summer months – perfect timing for this sun kissed feel-good tune, which now stands at #2 in on 5FM Radio’s chart in South Africa.

It doesn’t have to be scorching outside though to enjoy this modern day composer’s creations, as Eelke is mobile as ever travelling the globe to perform for crowds of eager partygoers. A must-see whenever he plays due to his amazing technical ability and ahead of the curve song selections, grab the opportunity to catch him at one of the below dates:
