The sixth edition of Electric Zoo 2014 returned to the grassy fields of Randall’s Island Park this Labor Day weekend with tens of thousands of dance music fans coming together to celebrate and come to life with music and friends. Although the festivities were cut short by severe weather conditions on the last day, there were countless number of amazing sets, new tracks being debuted, and many new memories being shared.
Seeing the island fill up with fans again this year was nothing short of joyful for us. And as a testimony to the power and growth of Electronic Dance Music, each stage was throbbing, from the big sounds on both Main Stages to the smooth mixes on the Vinyl Only Stage, and every one in between. New York City loves dance music, and this year more than ever was a celebration of that fact!
- Mike Bindra & Laura De Palma, creators of Electric Zoo

ELECTRIC ZOO PRESS QUOTES:
“While the rest of New York emptied out over Labor Day Weekend, Randall’s Island became a swirl of balls-out ravers. There, the mostly millennial crowd converged on Electric Zoo, a three-day festival devoted to electronic music in its many genre-blurred forms. This year marked the sixth annual iteration of #ezoo, which has established itself as the largest festival showcasing the EDM genre in the Northeast.”  –Cultivora.com
"Electric Zoo returned to its home on Randall's Island with a massive swath of super enthusiastic dance fans in tow. A dance music homecoming of sorts, EZOO 2014 embodied the energy and excitement of New York City's bustling dance scene by creating an environment where the music took center stage." - Dancing Astronaut

“Electric Zoo 2014 turned out to be a fantastic time filled with good friends, good vibes, and great music.”  – YourEDM.com
With six stages and a lineup of more than 140 acts, most of them wielding laptops, Electric Zoo offered a panorama of electronic dance music past and present, exposing the widening aesthetic divide between them.  –The New York Times
“Electric Zoo is summer's last hurrah for dance music revelers in New York City, a three-day weekend to grab the bull by its metaphorical horns and delight in some bass and beats before returning indoors.” – Rolling Stone
“Electric Zoo managed to deliver on all fronts when it came to the music. With two full days of beautiful skies and good vibes, it serves as a fitting swan song to summer 2014.” – DJ Times

“The Sunday School Spiegeltent had an amazing vibe, amazing sound, amazing line up and loads of people who knew about my style of electronic music.
