Following a self-imposed hiatus, Godskitchen returns to the UK to mark a new era and new direction for the nightlife institution in 2014.

On Saturday 26th April, Godskitchen touches down in Birmingham to present Clash Of The Gods, the original back-to-back event concept and firm favourite amongst the GK community. Featuring over 40 artistes across 3 rooms, with 6 UK exclusive sets and 7 GK debut performances, this landmark event will guarantee another level of energy on the dancefloor.

In the first of some exciting new changes on the event, GK launches the first event in one of the UK’s most established, iconic and exciting event spaces, The Rainbow Warehouse, for the very first time.
This sees in a new movement, as the brand becomes a nomadic force within the industry, not restricted by venue, or city or genre. Carefully selecting venues and spaces from clubs, to warehouses to outdoor urban arenas across the UK to produce a series of new and improved party concepts.

Lee McDonald, Director of The Rainbow Venues commented: "In 1999, stood in a queue for a Godskitchen night at The Institute, I decided to quit my job and leave Walsall for Ibiza. I spent that season promoting Godskitchen at Amnesia and returned for another 6 years. It's because of those years in Ibiza I do everything I do today, so it's a great pleasure to finally bring Godskitchen to The Rainbow Venues for the first time."

Drawing on global brand experience and as part of the cemented quality production ethos, the Godskitchen parties will transform each venue and event space to create unique environments with bespoke effects and unrivaled concepts that deliver an inspiring musical journey for every event.
2014 also sees Godskitchen realign itself to the brands musical roots – producing the best parties covering a spectrum of the best electronic music from trance to house, to EDM and progressive. Previous line-ups have featured acts such as Carl Cox, Sasha and Eric Prydz as well as acts like Knife Party, Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond and Aly & Fila. Also as a pioneer for new electronic music, Godskitchen will continue to present fresh talent and rising stars on every show, using the showcase room concept ‘The Kitchen’.

Clash Of The Gods, marks the return with a pure trance line-up bringing together some of the finest acts on the scene. Let battle commence.
