Given a world premiere via Pete Tong’s Radio 1 show, Samual James releases his electrifying anthem ‘Vita’ on August 4th, through Sony Music and Jon Hanlon’s collaborative imprint Basik Rkrds. The Melbourne native puts on a fiercely unique display of sounds with this single, and it highlights his ease at creating weightily elevating progressive house.

Having recently supported the likes of Sander Van Doorn and Porter Robinson, Samual is certainly turning heads for all the right reasons. ‘Vita’ opens with a busy intro, dynamic synth sequences and a climatic beat beneath. Once it drops, the melody becomes gnarlier, weaving its way around the pulsating bass and urgent vocal cycles.

The track is a whirlwind of impeccably layered sounds, capturing endless anticipation and dazzling energy from start to finish. Samual James really delivers the goods here; ‘Vita’ will ricochet around dance floors this summer.
