Born and bred from the dust of the post-Woodstock era that settled and created the synthesizer – Liver strives to push hard basslines and relies on strong melody and rafter-rattling rhythm to capture a crowd.

From his explorations through genres like hip-hop, dubstep, breaks and house music he endeavors to keep his sets fresh and original, mixing and matching sounds from all sides of the globe.

Founding member of the DONT PARTY movement, Liver is a tastemaker and social commentator of the highest order, and always strives to push fresh, hard hitting music to his audience.

With the annual Rocking the Daisies, New Year’s Rezonance and countless other Electronica festivals under his belt, Liver is a rising force in South African DJ culture, and a constant fixture in Cape Town club culture.

Many would be more familiar with Liver as the brilliant producer that he is – having released internationally respected remixes for groups such as Glitch Mob and Bassnectar, one would be hard pressed to travel around your favourite music blogs without bumping into one of Liver’s digital offspring
