A true modern icon in electronic music, Maya is a globally renowned DJ and producer who exemplifies the very essence of True Music; writing, engineering, arranging, mixing and performing all the elements within her tracks and refusing to compromise on her work at any stage. Nowhere will that be more evident than in her highly anticipated second album, due to launch in early 2017.</span></div>

Each artist has been handpicked as they epitomise the philosophy of True Music in their work. The resulting EP will be a limited-edition vinyl and digital release. </span></div>

The most recent line-up name to grace the line-up is 24-years old, <b>Mac Miller</b>. Mac is part of the new school of hip-hop, a group of fast rising stars who are taking over the scene. In just nine short years since “dedicating his life to hip-hop” at the age of 15, his style has evolved from teenage frat-rapping to a more introspective and spiritual style in later albums like Faces and GO:OD AM. His sound has evolved from what critics call ‘party rap’ to an adaptive free-associative rhyming style, where Mac Miller is not just a rapper anymore, but also an eclectic artist who can easily adapt to different genres and can also craft, both for him and for other artists.</div>

After 20 incredible years hosting the most amazing events around the globe, creating everlasting memories and lifelong friendships with the most devoted fans we could ask for, the party must come to an end. It is with heavy hearts we that say goodbye to Godskitchen.</div>

Godskitchen was built on passion, hard work and community with 100% focus and commitment driven into every event they have hosted. But due to other projects and commitments for the people behind Godskitchen, it is impossible to continue with that same focus, so rather than do Godskitchen, team and the GK family a huge disservice, Godskitchen has decided it is the right time to end their era in clubland.</div>

However, in true Godskitchen style GK will be throwing one last event to end all events on Saturday 4th June, taking Godskitchen back to where they made a name in 1998, The Sanctuary in Digbeth, Birmingham, now known as The O2 Institute.</div>

From the various venues GK has called home over the years, The O2 Institute offers them the space and state of the art sound and production facilities to throw the biggest, loudest and most memorable party of the past two decades. Each room in the venue has had a huge enhancement of sound and production in the past 2 years, and whilst a big piece of GK's heart will always be at Air, there isn't the space or enough industrial cleaner in the world that would allow them to create the best experience for you there on their final show.</div>

Across the 5 rooms GK bringing over 35 of the worlds finest DJs, Godskitchen legends and future talent one party has ever seen.
